Salary Range: $55,000 – $94,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Caza Design, an interior design service company dedicated to turning houses into homes, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our growing team. As we anticipate doubling our business and staff in the next two years, we need a motivated leader to oversee operations, drive strategic marketing, and manage our growing team of movers.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage and supervise a movers team (up to 10 people).
Oversee and negotiate contracts, invoices, and payments.
Serve as a primary contact for suppliers and clients.
Develop and implement marketing and financial plans for the company.
Supervise operational and staging processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication, preferably with an emphasis on Advertising and/or Marketing. Specializations focused on digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or marketplaces are preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years in digital marketing planning and sales strategies (preferably in the B2C segment).
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) is required, conversational proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Skills:
Expertise in digital marketing, business development, and project planning/execution.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Proficiency in branding, event coordination, and marketing strategies.
